The Arroyo Administration has managed to earn a spot to be triumphant in the country's IT Business Process Outsourcing Industry and the industry has became of the leading drivers of the economy which is now worth about US 7.2 billion in 9 years.
Now, as Gloria Macapagal Arroyo step down from her office after a new president on the upcomming election, some says that it might be the end of the BPO industry aspirations as the next President might focus on other sector.
