I'm not the kind of person who wants to keep my friends updated about the things that happen in my every day lie by giving them updates every minute. Hello Twitter-ers, Plurk-ers and more recently, Facebook-ers. These three social networking and microblogging websites are the names to say when it comes to update-by-the-minute posts.
I do have accounts to the mentioned websites, but admittedly, I rarely use them. My accounts usually has 1 or 2 contacts, my uncle and my brother and at times it has no friend at all. But one morning, an old friend asked me to open my almost forgotten Facebook account. Since then, I got very much addicted to the website and to the numerous Facebook game apps.
I never thought that Facebook can be very entertaining. My friend kept on telling me that FB games are quite nice, and I have to agree.
I first tried Restaurant City. It did not impressed me at first, since I do not have a lot of contacts who I can trade ingredients with. But as soon as my contacts increased, ingredients came flooding in as well, and it's where all the fun started.
Then I tried FarmVille, which I actually didn't like. I appreciate the nature-ish theme but the graphics failed to impress me. Then I found Country Road, an almost similar game to my favorite Gameboy game, Harvest Moon. There were trivia and quizzes as well that really entertained me.
Just always be reminded, make a schedule for yourself, or you'll end up playing all day without accomplishing any 'other' work. XD
