I went to the mall early this morning to do the weekend grocery and also to take breakfast at Jollibee. I love their morning meals and the pancakes. While at Jollibee, I noticed a group of teens a few tables from mine flaunting their numerous expensive gadgets.
One of them is using a Sony VAIO and the other 3 are on Mac Pros. They seem like college students and so I though it's normal for them to have those pricey gadgets. Plus, they look rich and I can't complain about rich people buying gadgets for rich people. It's their nature.
But what I don't get is their over spending on useless gadgets. Aside from their laptops on the table, there are tons of others with it. All of them have iPhones and 2 or 3 extra phones, one of them when not using the laptop, plays his PSP, actually, two PSP.
They also have these huge headphones on their, well, heads, and ears. I totally wanted to laugh at the site,it's quite entertaining to see human wire outlets. All those gadgets and cables on their body are so visible you would think they're playing jokes on their selves.
I wonder what these kids' parents are saying. Sure, they support their children really good to the extent of giving them what they want and what they need, but I don't see the good in giving them so much of what they want. A total waste of money. Additionally, I don't get why these kind of people would let their body suffer for the weight of these gadgets just to let other people see how much of these expensive gadgets they have.
