Recently, Globe introduced their newest offer, the Globe WiMax. Short for Worldwide interoperability for Microwave Access, it is a standards-based technology to enable easier deoplyment of wireless broadband as a cheaper alternative from cable or dsl subscription. WiMax is also better than WiFi, CDMA, or 3G because it has greater reach and can cover farther distances. With a total of 2.5Ghz WiMAX (802.16e, Globe is considered as the biggest broadband network in South East Asia. Read more: Globe WiMax Is Here [click]
