Windows 7 Upgrades To Be Available on Vista Buyers

Windows recently announced the pricing for their newest operating system, the much awaited Windows 7. The Windows 7 is generally the answer for those complaining about the older Windows Vista which according to many does not satisfy them in anyway.

The specific prices for the Windows 7 upgrade in the United States are:

* Windows 7 Home Premium (Upgrade): $119.99
* Windows 7 Professional (Upgrade): $199.99
* Windows 7 Ultimate (Upgrade): $219.99

And the estimated prices for the full Windows 7 package are:

* Windows 7 Home Premium (Full): $199.99
* Windows 7 Professional (Full): $299.99
* Windows 7 Ultimate (Full): $319.99

Microsoft also announced that they will be offering a free upgrade for those who bought computers prior to the release of Windows 7 that has a Windows Vista system. But the computer company also announced that these free upgrade will only be available to Premium user and will not be applicable to those using Windows Vista Home Basic.

Microsoft 7 will officially be available on October 22.
